Digital Transformation is something every organization is striving for right now. This presentation will draw upon several real life projects to give you lessons learned from implementing Office 365 to creating Business Intelligence systems. These are not just IT projects! The Information Governance Professional plays a critical role throughout the process.

Robin Woolen was one of the first ARMA International certified Information Governance Professionals and served on the ARMA International Industry Expert Task Force that developed the Information Governance Body of Knowledge codifying the standards for the industry. He has lead cross-functional teams through the process of planning and implementing information systems in both the public and private sectors on time and on budget since 1994. He is a recognized thought leader in the field of Information Governance and a sought after speaker and writer with regular appearances at many regional, national and international engagements teaching others how to improve their own programs.

You can see more information about him at The Records Guru website at https://www.therecordsguru.com.

4 Paws For Ability

4 Paws for Ability

Our charity focus for this year is 4 Paws For Ability, which enriches the lives of children with disabilities by training and placing quality, task-trained service dogs. This provides increased independence for the children, and assistance to their families. And 4 Paws also works with veterans from recent conflicts who’ve lost the use of their limbs or their hearing while in active combat.

Each month, we are highlighting an item to donate to 4 Paws. Of course, any items from their wish list will be accepted at any meeting between January and May!

  • January – Kongs/Nylabone toys (if you forgot to bring them to the January meeting, you can bring them to February’s meeting!)
  • February – Plush/soft dog toys
  • March – Beach towels (new or gently used) or Cleaning supplies (paper towels, trash bags, baby wipes)
  • April – Pup-peroni, Beggin’ Strips, treats
  • May – Money to purchase a large Vari-kennel

Please come and join us for networking, lunch, and Mr. Woolen’s presentation.

Registration is $20 for members and $25 for non-members and includes lunch. We offer a free registration to first-time attendees of our chapter meetings.
