Due to the pandemic, and the various guidelines surrounding it and the restrictions in travel, ARMA Greater Columbus has gone virtual! Archives and Records Management (ARM) professionals are used to being “the expert” on many subjects, but with today’s technology it’s impossible to be all things to all people. This webinar will dive into why we are so hesitant to engage with technical partners when we feel out of our depth, and will focus on embracing our “perpetual learner” status. Successful programs don’t work because everyone knows everything, but rather they assemble different people with complementary skills and knowledge.
